Description
Author and filmmaker Rick Beyer returns to share more details about the Ghost Army and his PBS documentary (The Ghost Army, 2013) and book with Elizabeth Sayles, daughter of an original Ghost Army member. The 23rd Headquarters Special Troops landed in France in the summer of 1944 with the mission to create a traveling road show of deception on the battlefields on Europe, with the German army as their audience.
